We view ship management as a partnership with our client.
The Group is structured around centrally managed centres of competency - fleets of specific ship types - to ensure that ships are handled by people who understand their client's business. This is how quality, experience, systems and tailor-made technical approaches all come together.
Our managed fleet consists of almost all ship types and sizes, including bulk carriers, container ships, tankers (oil, gas and chemical). We also manage ships types not covered by other managers, such as ice-class OBOs, pipe layers, heavy lift vessels, and LPG FSOs.
Our corporate policies strive towards a zero tolerance environment. No casualties. No pollution. No breakdowns.
Our ship management operation has direct control of its crew sources, currently over 26,000 seafarers, including a strong pool of cadets. We provide training to all our crews through in-house training centers in India, Philippines, Ukraine and China. We recruit and train our own cadets in our own Maritime Training Institute in Karjat, Mumbai.
The Anglo-Eastern Univan Group office network spans the world ensuring that our expertise is available wherever and whenever it is needed.
